doc/setup/install_proc.txt: Many fixes and additions.
* Added libapache2-svn to list of apt packages required.
* Must create "repositories" directory as well as sessions.
* Must copy ivle-both.conf to Apache config, not ivle.conf.
* New instructions for modifying ivle-both.conf.
* Add domains to /etc/host (eg. for svn.localhost).
