browser: Now hides the "More actions" box altogether if the current file is
not a directory. (There is nothing useful there, though this may change).
Fixed disabling directory actions all the time.
Editor: Rather than having an empty "actions2" bar and a special "editor
bar", the contents of the previous editor bar are now placed in the
"actions2" bar. (Basically removed that blank toolbar line in the editor).
