Viewing changes to ivle/webapp/console/help.html

Added module ivle.config, which takes care of some work interfacing with
    configobj, including searching for the file and opening the object.
ivle.conf.conf now uses this instead of having its own search.

<p>If things go really wrong, you can restart the console simply by clicking the <em>Console</em> tab. Be aware that you will lose all state (such as variables and functions) entered into your previous console session.</p>
