Added auto-generated (and hand-modified) Sphinx files (conf, Makefile and
    index).
    Our IVLE documentation will be stored as Sphinx files.
    make html to generate the documentation.

This directory contains scripts for updating the database in sequential

revisions. Files are named yyyymmdd-rr where rr is the migration number per

day.
