Fixes to improve compatibility with IE8.

- Console overlay no longer crashes due to use of reserved 'class' variable 
  name
- Fixed missing subject heading due to unclosed <h3> tag
- Normalize newlines to single LF (fixes syntax errors in exercises)
- Fix checkboxes in File Browser
