www/apps/userservice: Allows unixid as an argument to create_user.
    Removed code to print the msg string; now actually calls usrmgt_server.
usrmgt-server: Refactored create_user. Now accepts "login" and "unixid"
    instead of "username" and "uid" (standardized naming).
    And passes all arguments as keyword args, not positional.
    (Both of these were broken before).
