tutorial/tutorial.js: Replaced string [] indexing with charAt, for
    compatibility with Internet Explorer.
Note: This checkin is a result of me manually checking every JavaScript file
    in IVLE for instances of string indexing - and this is the only instance
    I could find. (So this problem should go away now ... please?)
