fileservice_lib/action.py: Putfile (in overwrite mode) now gives an error if
    attempting to write where a directory already exists, rather than dying.
(This is visible in the editor, if you type the name of an existing directory
and click save).

This directory contains scripts for updating the database in sequential

revisions. Files are named yyyymmdd-rr where rr is the migration number per

day.

Scripts should be run in order from the date the database was last updated, to

make it compatible with the current schema.
