New file (pb2gentest-new.pl) that is mostly a copy of pb2gentest.pl. The difference is that this file uses runall-new.pl instead of runall.pl.
In addition, the Shutdown reporter is no longer added by default, as this is not yet compatible with runall-new.pl (the latter shuts down its own servers, usually).
