Updated the information_schema test so that we do not include the memcached
I_S tables in the queries that were already present. Basically, we added an
extra condition to the WHERE clause to exclude any memcached related I_S
tables so that the information_schema test case is always consistent no
matter whether the memcached I_S tables plugin is built or not.
