Fix bug 621304 - filesystem_engine.multiple_update test is failing on OSX because it runs out of file handles as files are being opened but not always closed. The only place I could find is in doEndTableScan which reopened the file but never did anything more with it after that. At least that's my story and I'm sticking with it!
