Re-enabled and fixed the mix2_myisam test.
Most fixes were removal of older SQL syntax such as ZEROFILL.
Removed some trigger-specific tests.
Result mismatches were verified as being only to do with removed
tests and different column lengths for textual columns (which are
not only utf8)
