MRR is completely broken and... either it should be on or off. Either it
works/does not work. None of this "lets put a flag on the feature because we
don't know if it works" crap.

So? If we get it fixed, then we enable it and see how it works against all
tests(which is how we discovered that it did not work in the first place).
