read connect_string and comment from proto instead of FRM.
Fix up FRM file parsing r.e. column format (and possibly comments, but that's not checked here).
Fix comment test results.
We had a bug (in frm parsing) that meant that table comments weren't being parsed. This cset fixes this bug by reading from proto.
The previous comment test results were *WRONG* and just tested buggy behaviour.
