[r=bac] The code homepage now has a preview of the entire project tag cloud, and each of the short listings (Recently imported, Recently registered, Recently updated) now has a 'more ...' hyperlink to take the user to a longer listing of the branches.  Fixes: bug 128437: Update the code homepage, and fixes: bug 128438: Projects with active code includes 'Abandoned' and 'Merged'.
