distributionmirror-prober.py was twiddling the config object directly, 
and having its changes obliterated by 
ZopelessTransactionManager.set_isolation_level() (which involves a 
config.pop() call).  Also update doc/distribution-mirror.txt to call 
transaction.abort() after the subprocess tests.
