A fix and a test for bug 218628. The problem is that a mixed-case email
address is causing an MMAlreadyAMember exception to be getting raised in
addNewMember(). The fix then is to make sure we're getting the members'
case-preserved email address when trying to get the set of current members on
the Mailman side.
