[r=intellectronica] Fixes bug 248740 (Hierarchy is dishevelled in
        Gecko 1.8 e.g. Firefox 2),
        and improves the hierarchy presentation in Firefox 3,
        Internet Explorer 7, Konqueror 3.5.9,
        and Opera 9.27. Also fixes bug 249470 (launchpad logo has a white
        background) and bug 249511 (Solid white background for warning
