trying to make the filename links on the revision page more useful:
* the link for a removed file would give a 500 error; very unhelpful.
  instead, link to the annotation of that file on the *previous* (left
  parent) revision.
* remove the little "-> diff" annoyance for modified files, and make the
  filename be the "diff" jump.  in the diff section, the filename will
  still be a link to the annotate page if that's what you wanted.
