Use revision.get_apparent_authors() when available, and support displaying multiple authors for a revision.

It falls back to get_apparent_author when get_apparent_authors is not available.

A hide_emails(emails) function was added to util.py, which just runs hide_email() over a list.

This may or may not work. I'm guessing at the TAL syntax, and I didn't test it. :-)
