Fixes from Brian to increase strictness/correctness, Toru to remove
current_session from blitzdb, a race condition bugfix from Joe Daly,
and moving of when plugins call program_options from Monty.

Before BlitzDB, there was TokyoEngine which was an experimental

storage engine for MySQL. TokyoEngine was written by Brian Aker
9
 
and later ported to Drizzle by Stewart Smith.

Much of the basis was learnt from TokyoEngine and in many ways,

it is a successor project to TokyoEngine.
